$2,100 Omaha Knockout ($100(GTD)

Six players returned of the 59 starters when play resumed for the second and final day of the Omaha Knockout. $3,033 (plus bounties) was already locked up and Jose Ferro was first out, adding $750 in bounties to give him a total of $3,783 en prix.

Les deux premiers spots were reversed in the end as Andriy Lyubovetskiy failed to convert his huge chip advantage (having started with around half the chips in play) into a title. He still takes home almost $25,000 in prize money, which will certainly come as some consolation for finishing runner up.

Marcello Marigliano

The Ukrainian’s departure meant Marcello Marigliano took the No.1 spot and he is $37,257 richer for it, after bagging a very impressive $22,031 in bounties – carving himself almost a third of the total $118,000 cagnotte !

24-07 Omaha KO

$215 Mini Omaha Knockout ($25(GTD)

The Mini version attracted a big field in both size and reputation, with some familiar names surviving to the final. Spanish pro Javier Zarco, who has $2.6 million in live tournament earnings, added to his online success by taking down the event following a three-and-a-half-hour battle that ended when he defeated Tobias Lau Frydensberg Andersen in second place.

Rewinding back to the beginning of the night and Gustavo Mastelotto (16e, $207) was first to be eliminated, followed by Swedish online pro Alfred Karlsson (15e, $207 +$75 bounties). Erik Dahlberg (10e, $319 +$8) and Antti Tuomi (7e, $558 +$175) got closer still, with the latter bubbling the final table, leaving Andreas Torbergsen (6e, $783 +$753) to climb one ladder before busting.

24-07 Omaha KO Mini

$22 Micro Omaha Knockout ($7.5(GTD)

Yurii Bysaha (7e, $124 +$7.50 in bounties) narrowly missed out on a seat at the final table, which meant Nazarij Manchenko was able to scrape his way through to 6ème place pour $182 +$107 en primes.

24-07 Omaha KO Micro

$10,000 High Roller d'Omaha ($500(GTD)

The money stages had been reached when play paused for Day 1 and everyone returned knowing they had bagged themselves at least $23,500 for their efforts. Cypriot Dimitrios Michailidis was the one to fall first, having started near the bottom of the counts. That meant another $3,000 profit for PLO High Roller specialist Gavin Cochrane (6e, $26,500).

Pedro Zagalo

That left two and Jens Lakemeier was denied a second series title (he previously won the $530 Omaha Hi-Lo Turbo PKO), by PLO regular Pedro Zagalo. He took the lion’s share of the prizepool, good for $192,500.

24-07 Omaha RH

$530 Omaha Hyper PKO ($25(GTD)

With just four-minute blinds to contend with, it was over in a flash with just two hours and 11 minutes of total play time. A total of 50 entries were counted, hitting the $25,000 garantie sur le nez.

Lars Nordkvist Brodin came out on top following his heads-up victory over Emrah Yildiz. The going was tough with Mike Leah, Andriy Lyubovetskiy and Paul Kopp all making it to the top five and Erik Dahlberg (6e, $718 +$250) added another final table result to his resume. Granit Shabani made a min-cash for finishing in 7th place, which left Maksim Shuts out of the running on the bubble in 8th place. He got a decent saver though having picked up $500 worth of bounties.

Artsiom Prostak (9e), Nicolas Romanello (15e), Sami Kelopuro (23rd), Joao Simao (24e) et Jeff Gross (35th) were also among the notables in attendance.

24-07 Omaha Hyper PKO

$55 Mini Omaha Hyper PKO ($7.5(GTD)

Not satisfied with one win last night, Billy Brewin finished on top once again after overcoming the last obstacle in his way of making the double, Russian Maxim Troitsky. Bradley William Soper took third place, which was his second final table of the series following his 6th place result in the $55 Big Game just a few days ago. Michael Devico and Ingemar Backman Trast completed the final five and Ronald Trujillo took the last seat at the FT with 6ème place bonne pour $194 +$75 en primes.

The tournament exceeded its guarantee, attracting 156 entries and generating $7,800 for the prizepool.

24-07 Omaha Hyper PKO Mini

$5.50 Micro Omaha Hyper PKO ($3(GTD)

Le 342 registrations made this event the longest one to play out but in spite of that it didn’t even reach the three-hour mark.

L'offre était intéressante et Giviko Manwkava s'est coupé la plus grosse part en battant le finaliste Arturs Barkevics. Vincent Elmore, Dima Toulin and Alen Lang were the reminder of the top five finishers, with Billy Brewin featuring on the final table yet again (6e, $97 +$37 en primes).
