Big name players did not do well in Flight 2 as David Benyamine, Marcel Luske, and Carlos Mortensen were all eliminated. Many European Poker greats were able to continue into Day 3: Freddy Bonyadi, Surinder Sunar, John Gale, Andreas Hagen, Jani Sointula, and Patrick Bueno.
Erica Schoenberg and Sarah Bilney are the two ladies that are making the biggest bids in Flight 2 to be the first female to win on the World Poker Tour.
Mirage Poker Showdown Finalist Steven Frederick had a roller coaster type day. He picked up chips early when he flopped a straight against John Gale, then lost a race when his pocket Queens fell to big slick, and then he ended the day with 7500 en chips.
