In one of the final hands of the night, after a flop of [7d6s3c], a short-stacked player gets it all in with [AhJs] (ace high) against Kathy Liebert's [QcQh].
Liebert was a big favorite, until the [Ac] hit the turn to give her opponent a pair of aces. The river was the [3s], and the short stack doubled up thru Liebert.

After spending the levels leading up to dinner break simply trying to get back to the starting stack, Fish is now picking up pot après pot in the waning stages of Day 1B action. After that hand, he is up to 70,000 chips.
Matt Juttlestad raises to 2,500 from middle position, Artie Rodriguez calls on the button, and Christian Harder calls out of the big blind.

Buzgon appears to be in dominating shape, as he holds [AdQd] to the other player's [QsJs]. The [Kh9d2c] flop does give Buzgon's opponent a gutshot straight draw, but the [9s] on the turn is no help to him. The river brings the [10h] though, completing his straight and doubling him up.
After the hand, Buzgon is down to 29,000.

The player in the big blind has Gimbel covered by around 10,000 chips and takes a few seconds and checks his cards one more time before folding. The next player would be calling all-in for his last 37,000 or so and needs a little longer to think. After a minute or two, he verbally announces "fold", but holds on to his cards.
The final player in the hand quickly calls, barely having Gimbel covered, and tables [7h8h] for an open-ended straight flush draw.
The shorter stacked player who folded shows the table that he laid down [7s8s]. The other player in the hand claims to have folded [7c8c].
Gimbel holds [AhKh] for top pair and the nut flush draw. The [10c] on the turn keeps Gimbel out front and the [10d] on the river gives him the gigantic pot et le double up.

After a little bit of thought, the initial raiser calls and the two go heads-up to a flop of [6c6s3s]. Both players check. The turn brings the [Js] and Little's opponent checks a second time. Little bets 6,000.
The other player counts his own stack and thinks for 30 seconds or so before announcing he is all-in and Little immediately folds.
